What services do you offer?
How do I book an appointment?
All appointments can be booked online through our booking software (Vagaro). If you need assistance, feel free to contact us and we’ll help guide you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We work by appointment only so we can give each client our full attention. Walk-ins are not available at this time.
Do you take deposits?
Some services may require a small deposit when booking. The deposit amount and terms will be shown during the online booking process.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Please do so using the Vagaro app so that the artist is promptly notified. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards. Cash and gift cards are also welcome.
How early should I come before my appointment?
Arriving 5-10 minutes early ensures you have time to settle in before your appointment begins.
Do you work on top of previous nail tech’s work?
Yes — however, removals must be booked in advance so we have time to prep your nails properly.
Are children allowed in the studio?
For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving a service attend if possible.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but if something chips or lifts within a reasonable time frame, please message us and we’ll happily take care of it.
How long do appointments take?
Timing varies by service. A standard gel manicure typically takes 60–90 minutes depending on design and nail condition.
What products do you use?
We use high-quality, professional products chosen for longevity, performance, and nail health.
Is parking available?
Street parking and nearby paid parking options are available around Oliver Block. Paid parking is enforced from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday. Parking is free on weekends and holidays
How do I find the studio?
We’re located on the second floor of Oliver Block. You’ll see our sign outside — just come inside, head upstairs, and we’re down the hallway on the left at the end.
Do you take group bookings or wedding parties?
Group bookings can be accommodated with notice. Message us for availability.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, bare nails if you’re booked for a manicure or pedicure unless a removal is included in your service.
Do you offer nail art?
Yes — nail art is available and varies by complexity. Please book the correct art level or send us inspiration photos ahead of time.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards must be purchased in-person.
